Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience at Velvety Sole to be an exceptional experience!  We hope you love each item you receive, if not, we are here to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange.

• Velvety Sole does not provide refunds for any purchase.

•  We accept Returns postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information. 

• Returns must be received in original Packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up/Deodorant stains and free of odor. (items will be inspected)

• All items that are purchase from the SALE ITEMS TAB or Sold using a Discount Code are FINAL SALE.

• All international sales, swimsuits and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.
